Users can select from two efficient Smart Ride solutions or even combine them for added flexibility:

 <li>No timing charges apply. Upon confirming your request, you'll receive an exact fare, and if your route requires detours for pickups or is affected by traffic delays, you won't incur additional charges until your journey concludes.</li>
 <li>The shuttle service from LAX to Downtown LA is express and direct. While pickups at LAX are currently not permitted, customers can conveniently request rides from nearby locations as illustrated on our app's map. Efforts are underway to offer direct pickups from LAX in the future.</li>
 <li>There are no designated stop stations; you can request pickups and drop-offs at virtually any location outside of freeway limits.</li>

SIT & GO prioritizes safety with mandatory mask usage for drivers and comprehensive infection-prevention training for all staff. We also ensure competitive fares for our rides throughout Los Angeles.
