 <li>The shuttle service from LAX to Downtown LA is express and direct. While pickups at LAX are currently not permitted, customers can conveniently request rides from nearby locations as illustrated on our app's map. Efforts are underway to offer direct pickups from LAX in the future.</li>
 <li>There are no designated stop stations; you can request pickups and drop-offs at virtually any location outside of freeway limits.</li>
